What
Please join us and participate in an evening of Hungarian Dance and Food at the Hungarian Ball of 2020. We invite you to celebrate and support our local Hungarian School, Boskola! We are planning a delicious dinner with dancing, a raffle and silent auction. Hungarian ethnic and dance music of all genres will be performed.

Szeretettel meghívjuk a 2020-as Magyar Bál-ra, amelyet a 20. évfordulóját ünnpelő Bartók béal Bostoni Magyar Iskola és Óvoda (BOSKOLA) javára rendezünk. Kérjük, hogy támogassa részvételével helyi magyar cserkészcsapatot !
A vacsorával egybekötött bálon tánczenét, tombolát és néma árverést is tartunk majd.

Tickets
Tickets will be $110 per person. We will set aside a limited number of student tickets for $80 per student. For ticket requests, please send a check (memo: Boskola Ball) to the Hungarian Society of Massachusetts. Ticket requests will be administered by Sara Reinoso [363 Lowell Street, Peabody MA 01960]
If you would like to receive an official invitation, please email us. The deadline for returning the ticket order forms is April 24. You can download the form here.
Online registration and payment via PayPal are also available. In order to avoid extra fees, please use the "send money to friends and family" option when sending money to boskola@boskola.org.

Donations/Auction/Raffle
Tax-deductible donations are also encouraged in the following categories:
- Purchasing a ticket and attending the Ball, or purchasing a gift ticket for one of our volunteers
- Determining if your employer has a charity fund and sending in an application for the non-profit Hungarians School functioning under the umbrella of the Hungarian Society of Massachusetts
- Determining if your employer has a donation/gift matching fund and asking them to match your donation to our Hungarian School (Boskola) under the umbrella of the Hungarian Society of Massachusetts . (Taxpayer Identification Number: 23-7323821)
- Donating for an opportunity to advertise your company/services to those attending the Ball.
- Donating your services or goods to be put up for sale in the silent auction.
- Offering to request goods or services from various companies for the silent auction.
- Promoting the option to donate for advertising opportunities (Option 4) to various companies and individuals.
- Donating on and promoting Boskola's Go Fund Me page

Kérjük, lehetősége szerint vállaljon báli védnökséget az alábbi kategóriákban:
- Jegyvásárlás és bálon való részvétel, vagy ajándék jegyvásárlás egy a Boskolában önkéntesen munkálkodó egyén számára.
- A munkahelyi adományozás lehetőségének felkutatása, s igénylése a non-profit Massachusettsi Magyar Egyesület szárnyai alatt műkodő magyar iskola (Boskola) számára.

Your Support
This evening is a Thank You for all those who assisted the school in its early years (20 years ago) and ever since and a way to continue the support of this worthwhile cause. The proceeds of the evening will go towards school supplies and to help to defray the costs of renting two spacious buildings in Lexington and secure the existence of this successful program in the future. It will also support the participation of our teachers in the annual North-American Hungarian Educators Conference.

Ez a gálaest köszönetet fejez ki az eddigi munkáért, s egyben lehetőséget nyújt a továbbhaladás elősegi´tésére. Az est bevételét a Boskola felszerelésének bővítésére, valamint két tágas lexington-i épület bérleti díjára fordítjuk, valamint biztosítjuk ennek a sikeres programnak a fennmaradásat a jövőben. Segíti majd tanáraink részvételét az Észak-Amerikai Magyar Iskolák éves konferenciáján is.
About the Bartok Bela Hungarian School of Boston (BOSKOLA)
The Bartok Bela Hungarian School proudly announces its 20th year serving the Boston area Hungarian community. We boast a student body of over 100 students ranging in age from 3 to 18 served by 17 teachers in 11 groups. Additionally we have a toddler's group and two adult language learning groups with 3 more teachers.
We are proud to have a library of over 2000 Hungarian books named as Treasurer Hunter Library.
We are known affectionately as BOSKOLA (BOstoni osKOLA) and we are represented by this sweet hedgehog logo:

A Bartók Béla Bostoni Magyar Iskola és Óvodáról, a Boskoláról
Huszadik tanévét kezdte meg a bostoni magyar közösség virágzó iskolája, amely Lexington-ban működik.
Az iskolában több mint száz, három és tizennyolc év közötti gyerek tanul tizenhét tanár irányítása mellett, tizenegy csoportban. Ezenkívül van egy bölcsődés és egy kezdő és haladó nyelvtanuló felnőtt csoportunk is.
Büszkék vagyunk a több mint kétezer könyvet számláló Kincskereső Könyvtárunkra is.
Népszerűségét jelzi, hogy beceneve- BOSKOLA (BOStoni osKOLA) - és vidám emblémája is van.
